During this ongoing crisis, we remain focused on the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and our communities.
Pentair has experienced reduced production on some of our key product lines as the result of “shelter in place” orders and suspension of operations in facilities due to COVID-19. Pool product lines currently impacted include: automation; heaters; lights; and Pentair Clean & Clear® Plus cartridge pool filters. Fortunately, we have product in our Pool supply chain which will help us meet the current demands of our customers.
This situation remains fluid and we are committed to keeping you informed. We will continue to work diligently with—and follow the guidelines of—local authorities so that when the environment improves we can resume full production and meet future demands. And, our customer service teams are available and ready to support you through this dynamic situation.
